Horizon Forbidden West will be released on February 18, 2024, and Zero Dawn received a patch for PS5

Rumors of a Horizon Forbidden West postponement have already leaked onto the web, and now they’ve been confirmed. Game director Mathijs de Jonge, referring to the pandemic and the difficulties associated with it, announced that the sequel will be released next February. In addition, the first part of Eloi’s adventures received a free upgrade on the PlayStation 5.

In May, development of Forbidden West moved into its final stage. Everything was going according to plan, but the team wasn’t sure if they could polish the game to the desired level in time. So the decision was made not to release the sequel in 2023.

As for the Horizon Zero Dawn update, Guerrilla Games has prepared a 60 fps mode with staggered 4K image rendering.

Expect a sequel to the story of the red-haired huntress on PlayStation 4 and 5. Pre-orders will open September 2.
